Candy’s Dirt

Corson Cramer Development is a part of Celina’s booming growth having announced three new developments in 2021; Ten Mile Creek, North Sky Celina and Cross Creek Meadows.

The U.S. Census projects Celina’s current population to be 23,427. In 2010, the Census estimated the population at 6,028. In 10 years, the city could hit 160,000, Celina city manager Jason Laumer told The Dallas Business Journal.

“Our ultimate buildout is about 370,000,” Laumer said. “We’re slightly bigger than Frisco, just to give you an idea of our landmass.”
