AMENITIES
Amenities will include a new Elementary School located within the community to be built by Little Elm Independent School District. The school is expected to open in the Fall of 2025. Other planned amenities include a heavily wooded nature trail and proximity to Lake Lewisville.
Land has also been set aside for the construction of a new Town Hall for Lakewood Village. The complex will include a public park for community events. “We envision the new Town Hall area to be a gathering place for residents as well as being a point of pride,” said Mayor Dr. Mark Vargus.
We are excited to expand and extend our relationship with the Town of Lakewood Village and create a community that will be a welcoming front door for all residents, says Larry Corson, co-founder, and managing director at Corson Cramer Development. This development will serve one of the fastest growing regions of Dallas-Fort Worth. We expect the variety of lot sizes and appealing amenities will make it a highly sought out place for people to live.
