<p>Corson Cramer Development introduces Southside Hills, a new 238-acre residential community coming to Rockwall, Texas. Marking a $100 million milestone for the firm, the project will bring 384 homesites with options from Highland Homes, David Weekley Homes, and Perry Homes. Set within Rockwall ISD, the community will feature a Texas-shaped lake, amenity center, walking trails, and more. Groundbreaking is planned for this summer, with a grand opening expected in 2027.</p>

<p>A community of almost 150 new homes, some expected to cost more than $1 million, will add to the hundreds already planned in several developments in a small lakeside town in Denton County.</p>



<p>Dallas-based Corson Cramer Development acquired 79 acres of land in the town of Lakewood Village to develop 146 home sites in two districts called The Enclave of Lakewood Village and The Arbors of Lakewood Village, the firm said Wednesday.</p>

<p>A North Texas land development firm is planning a residential community just outside McKinney’s city limits that will bring more than 100 new homes to the market.</p>



<p>Dallas-based Corson Cramer Development, co-founded by Larry Corson and Brian Cramer in January 2021, has acquired 43 acres of land in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of McKinney. The development will deliver 104 residential lots to Perry Homes, one of the largest homebuilders in the state.</p>

<p>2021 marked Corson Cramer Development&#8217;s inaugural year. In 12 short months, we closed 5 land acquisitions, 800+ acres and 2,300 single-family lots.
